  • All personal information held by Cincinnati Prenatal Massage is treated as private and confidential.  It is used solely by Cincinnati Prenatal Massage and will not be disclosed to other parties.

    The client understands that the therapist may refuse to undertake treatment should this be contraindicated due to medical or other conditions that the client may present with, due to concerns regarding the health, safety and wellbeing of either the client or the massage therapist.

    Each person reacts differently to massage and in no case does Cincinnati Prenatal massage guarantee any particular outcome from a treatment or series of treatments.

    Therapists reserve the right to refuse or terminate treatment to any client, at her own discretion, refuse, discontinue or defer treatment. In this instance full payment is still required and no refund will be given.

    Examples of when this may occur include:

    • If the client is under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs at the time of treatment;

    • If the client has withheld or not provided information relevant to treatment;

    • If the client’s actions, words or Behavior are inappropriate or of a sexual nature;

    • If the client is threatening, aggressive or violent, or in any way poses a risk to the therapist.

    • If the client shows signs of fever or sickness (Continuous coughing/sneezing, runny nose, high body temperature, Scratchy throat, etc.)

  • Due to scheduling concerns, your spot is valuable and can be filled if given enough notice. a 24 hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel appointments to avoid being charged service fees. This Can be done online or with a notice via email, phone call, text message, or voicemail to cincinnati Prenatal Massage. We understand life happens, however, Cincinnati Prenatal Massage aims to keep all staff and clients accountable at all times when scheduling.

    Scheduled appointments within 24 hours hours can be rescheduled/transferred with a service fee of $75 If services Have been Paid for in Advance prior to Rescheduling.

    We ask that if clients begin to feel sick, haven’t fully recovered from a previous illness, or has been exposed to someone who is sick/contagious, that they reschedule or cancel appointments Immediately. Clients with signs of sickness or without being fully recovered from a previous illness, will be denied service. Full payment is still required and no refund will be given.

    Clients understand that Same Day Cancellations result in full payment of total service fee. late cancellations result in a 50% payment of total service fees if appointment has not been paid For. Late cancellation are Appointments that are canceled within 24 hours of their scheduled appointments.

    Clients understand that services are non-refundable or transferable and authorize Cincinnati Prenatal Massage to charge their card on file in the event of cancellation within 24 hours.

    No-Call No-Show is determined when a client has not communicated or arrived 30-minutes within their service time. After 30 minutes of non communication or arrival, the card on file will be charged full price, appointments are canceled and can not be rescheduled. If you have already paid for service in full, your payment/gift card are non-refundable or transferrable.

    Clients understand that services are non-refundable or transferable and authorize Cincinnati Prenatal Massage to charge their card on file in the event of cancellation within 24 hours and No-call No-show.If a clients failure to cancel within 24 hours or attend services is due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control (i.e. earthquakes), will not be charged for any payments or fees.

    Clients understand that All Prepaid services, packages and gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid for. Prepaid Services; Massage Bundles/Packages and Gift Certificates, are Valid Two years from the Purchased.

    • All prepaid purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • All Gift Certificates are valid for two Years from the date it was purchased and issued and must be redeemed online by entering the custom code attached to the certificate.

    • All Prepaid Massage Purchases are non-Refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or goods.
